New CTR Drivers - How to register here???

We have some new CTR drivers to register here on the forum, but there is no "register" link to do that, how can they do it? Here they are:

Marcelo Pinto sent you already an e-mail, i'd like that you only create theyr login with theyr names (Marcelo Pinto and Rodrigo Pires) that they can complete theyr informations, is it possible? You can send me the logins and passwords ( papalladino@yahoo.com.br ) and i can inform them by MP on our CTR forum.

In case that you need more infos, which infos i have to send you?
